How long can you keep sour cream once it is opened?
Only asking because it is not mentioned on the boxforever, its sour cream, its spoiled creamAs a general guideline, you can expect the product to stay fresh for approximately two weeks after opening the container. By smelling, tasting, and looking at the appearance, you can use your best judgment to ensure the productâ ™s freshness.There should be a code date on the lid some place. Then I keep it a couple of weeks after the date.
