How long can you keep sour cream once it is opened?
Only asking because it is not mentioned on the boxit lasts a really long time,if there's mould throw it!!!!!!There should be a code date on the lid some place. Then I keep it a couple of weeks after the date. Always seems to be good, I have even kept it up to a month.forever, its sour cream, its spoiled creamAs a general guideline, you can expect the product to stay fresh for approximately two weeks after opening the container.
