Anything I can do to get some sleep?
I don't want meds
Try getting a constant source of fresh air while you sleep. I had sleep problems for about 15 years before I discovered by accident that it didn't happen if I slept outside on the deck. Now, I have a "fresh-air-device" (home-made) to produce a gentle breeze of fresh outside air on my face while I sleep. Works like a charm. If you have a secure patio, try sleeping on it for a night or two to see if it makes a difference.soft music and close your eyes.Set aside all type of worries or anxieties. Eat well and sleep well. Have complete rest and recoup yourself. Refresh and recharge your body and mind. Everything will become okay.Try waking 30-45 minutes before dawn and meditate till the sun comes up. Nothing heavy, just calm your breathing, and make a conscious effort to listen to the sounds going on around you. Close your eyes or keep them open, it doesn't matter.
In the evening, if you find yourself tired, then go to bed, don't fight it just to finish your favourite TV soap.warm milk maybe?? sorry nothing else i know of that isnt drugs #If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
