I have a small black star on my wrist... It's been there for about a year plus now and I've never heard of it being called "trashy". I personally think it's cute and it has a lot of memories attached to it!No they aren't trashy. I have both wrists tattood with small designs and I love them. They symbolize things that are very important to me. If you are unsure how people will react to wrist tattoos though, go get a henna tattoo first. If you like it, then do the tattoo. The hearts would have to mean something special to you.tattoos are totally personal, and what one person views as trashy another person will not view as trashy, if this is what you really want then go for it. People are always so down on people for getting tattoos, I can honestly say I do not regret getting any of mine.There is no good answer to your question. Some people will see it as art, and find it beautiful, some people will see it as art that they hate, and some people will tell you that it is trashy for anyone to have a tattoo. The only answer I can give you is, if you really truly want it get it... but if you are more concerned with how the general public views you, maybe you should get one where no one can see it. I myself have no problem with tattoos anywhere on a person, as it is their body and their choice, but some people don't see things that way, and they also don't know how to keep their opinions to themselves.
When deciding if you want a tattoo, make sure you really really like the design, because it goes with out saying, but I'll say it anyway... It's there for LIFE.
And also make sure you are ready to deal with what some ignorant people will say about the choices YOU make with YOUR body.
Tattooing is a personal choice, and you shouldn't let anyone make that decision for you. Give yourself a bit of time to think, and then do what ever you decide.
If you do decide to get it, I would love to see the artwork!I work with someone who has one and she always wears a leather wrist band to cover it up. Be careful when deciding on a visible tattoo.not trashy, its like a perm braclet... and girls wearing braceletts, isnt trashy?No they are not trashy, that would look cute, go for it.i dont think they are at all.

Then I'm TRASHY!! *giggle* i have my left wrist done.. i get compliments all the time from all sorts of people.. even had a couple guys that have tons of tattoos congrat me.. said that area across the top of the hand would hurt too bad for themNo way, it's artsy. It is your body and if you feel its trashy don't do it, but if you love it, then get it done and you will not regret it.
Make sure that it's easily covered up for job hunting, but other than that, let your colors shine. Who cares what people think if they are not thinking people?NoNot trashy at all, especially if it has deep personal meaning to you.

Make yourself happy.I don't think a tattoo on your wrist is trashy at all...I have a tattoo on the inside of my right wrist that reads "karma" in Arabic...I placed it there to be a bit more discreet...majority of the time people don't even know that it's there...it's not like you say hello with your wrists...if you want it I say more power to you...the pain is bearable (if you have had tattoos)...and I would assume if you are thinking of a tattoo on a visible area of your body then you are not worried about what your employer says/thinks...
My only thing would be make sure you keep the wrist VERY moisturized..and if you decide to place color in be careful of red I have a red outline and I didn't know I was allergic to red so it itches...but other than that go for it....Three hearts are not trashy, but four hearts would be. With 4, you've crossed the line from classy to trashy.no, but by the sound of it u are having doubts, think long and hard about this. go for it only if u are sure. btw im not tryin to put you off, i luv tats and have a few myself (",)i dont think so.I have a small heart tattoo with my initial in it at the base of my thumb. I have never had an employer comment on it. I actually forget it is there sometimes! It has been there for 21 years. And with what you are talking about on the wrist can be covered by a bracelet if needed. Forget what others think and do what you like. Life is too short to waste it living for other's approval.If you are still quite young I would say do something else first that can be concealed a little easier. If you do decide you do not like it in a couple years then you will be stuck with something that is visible to everyone and you everyday. I love tattoos and do not think wrist tattoos are trashy, but the majority of girls I see them on are under 21. I just hope they love them forever. If you get a tat you are not crazy about then you can usually get a cover up. When the ink is on your wrist then you are always going to be stuck with a tat on your wrist. Just think long and hard about it.I think that tattoo's are trashy .. but this is my opinion.
Think about it when you are older you will have three manky wrinkled hearts on your wrist and you'd wish you'd never got it
and also you could get an infected tattoo and even die or even loose your arm .. from having your tattoo done incorrectly!!!
And also if you decide that you don't want it anymore there is no going back ... you can't just scrub it off like an felt tip pen. it is extremely painful & plus its expensive to get your tattoo's lasered off
Also employers won't like it if you have a tattoo .. because tattoo's come with a sterotype!!!they are not trashy, but what would an employer say?? visible tats are very sexy on a woman, but not a good employment enhancer.Do it if you want to, don't worry what others think, otherwise you will be constantly checking things are okay with people you neither care about or know..no way, i love little wrist tattoo's
