I am hoping for an answer that lays out several different practical
ways to use delegation features in Outlook other than the ones below.
Requirements:
Any features shown must NOT require any third party software. Just
Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003.
Here is what I know already:
- How to share a calendar, tasks and inbox or give an assistant access to them.
- How to send out meeting invites or task requests.
I would like to hear about case studies, examples or links to
tutorials that explain other and more advanced ways in which
delegation can be used in Outlook. Are you familiar with public folders. they offer unique ways to
collaborate. You can have community calendars and create use models
based on the public paradigm.
Other than that, it seems you know everythingHi there,
If you have not seen them already, these links might be helpful:
Microsoft Office Assistance: Microsoft Outlook 2003
http://office.microsoft.com/assistance/topcategory.aspx?TopLevelCat=CH790018071033&CTT=4&Origin=ES790000201033
From each top category, you can choose a sub-category that relates to
you. Most of these topics are covered in detail, with example and
helpful tips. I've learned about a lot of features that I wasn't
aware of by reading through some of these topics.
Best regards,
Tox-gai have explored public folders and seem to understand them, but could
always use any advanced on non-obvious tips.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
